Generally speaking majority of my shipments will come via priority USPS, sometimes via UPS, most of the time these are insured, especially on larger/more expensive items. We can see what we can do or offer some sort of store credit.

Conditions of all items will vary slightly however there should be a description of the condition of the item, majority of DVDs, video games, cards and “toys to life” figures have light wear and use.

Most items, especially ‘Toys to Life’ figures, DVDs, Games and Cards are used unless specified. Many electronic items tend to be brand new unless specified, generally rule of thumb is you get what you see, if you see packaging you’ll most likely recieved it as pictured, please not Eon Elite Figures do not have cases unless specified.

We do our best to test whatever we can, currently we are able to fully test majority of our Skylander and Amiibo figures, we do not have the ability to test Disney Infinity characters or DVDs and some games. However after processing thousands of “Toys to Life” figures I can say I’ve had less then a dozen not work at all.

Our 3D prints are currently made of a PLA+ blend, this is a plastic substitute made from cornstarch, sugar cane and other additives. Renewable and environmentally friendly while still maintaining good strength and durability.

Turn around time is generally 1-2 days, 3D printed or customs may take an additional day or two, orders placed after 10am will almost always ship next day.

International shipping is tracked and insured, we work directly with an exporting facility so you may see the package ship directly to the facility prior to being forwarded internationally, we take extra care when packing these orders since their travel time is a bit longer. The buyer is responsible for all import/custom fees as this from shipment to shipment and country to country, please refer to your local shipping facility for more details if needed.
