Overview
Generally our return policy varies from situation to situation.

We require all requests to be made promptly after receiving the item, ideally within 7 days but extensions may be granted, we will use the tracking number to verify the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return the item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and unused if it is a new item. All refunds must be requested within a week of purchase (physical location) or within three days of shipping received date.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Digital/custom items cannot be returned or refunded.

- Custom Designs
- Bulk/Custom Orders
- Mystery Box Items
- ‘Damaged’ Marked Items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase for physical locations. We will ask you for your order number for webstore purchases.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer as we will be unable to refund your purchase.
Refunds/Returns
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, typically within a week of receiving the return dependent on your payment method. Furthermore, depending on the situation there may be a $1 restocking fee per item removed from any refund with a minimum of $5, especially on custom/personalized items and 3D Prints as I am unable to reuse these items.
Furthermore, payment processing fees and shipping cost is non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds:
First contact your corresponding financial company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Typically this process is 3-5 business days but can take longer.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. Furthermore we do not accepted any discounted items such as damaged items marked ‘damaged’ or any of those listed above.
Failed Delivery
Per our payment gateway policies it is the sole responsibility of the customer to enter valid and verified addresses for shipping. With this being said if a delivery has been failed please reach out to your local appropriate carrier for your tracking information. If a package is returned to us from a failed delivery we will reach out to you via the email registered and allow 7 days to respond before this item is moved back to inventory. Generally this will result in additional shipping charges as we will have to resend the item, failure to respond results in forfeiture of the funds/products.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: [email protected] we will then request you send photos of the item(s) and figure out how we will move forward. Sometimes this will result in a full replacement, other times it may be a partial refund or discount/credit.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should contact us at: [email protected]
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You may also be charged a restocking fee to cover the processing charges our financial institution places on us for transactions.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If we do not receive the item back we cannot grant you a refund.
Insurance Claims
To file an insurance claim please be in contact with us through email to start this process. As a buyer and seller we understand that mistakes happen, if a package arrives damaged or lost we will do our best to track the package, file a claim and come to some sort of resolution. Typically we will require photos of the damaged package if applicable as the claim process requires such.
We cannot guarantee any sort of resolution for lost packages but majority of packages will be sent out with a minimum of $100 of insurance, typically we will also pay for additional insurance if we feel like its appropriate for the purchase. In these cases we can only file the claim and issue a refund of what we receive minus any applicable fees.
We may still offer some sort of compensation in failed claim requests but this is also not guaranteed and is subject to our digression and cannot surpass our cost of goods/services and fees.
If you enter an invalid shipping address and your order is misdelivered and/or lost there is very little we can do about this as it is the buyer’s responsibility to verify their correct address.
Customs/Imports/Duties
The buyer is responsible for all customs imports and duties as these vary from country to country and package to package, we do not re-imburse these funds, we have had many reports that these fees are either non-existent or are very minor.

*Please keep in mind we are a small company and do our best to keep prices down and be honest with our products and services. Please do not abuse this system. If these systems are abused I will have to increase my cost of products/shipping, and/or allow no refunds, returns or exchanges.
